MC Kwik Dozen - The Original Massive Customs 12-Pen Storage Case for Zepbound® KwikPen & Humalog® KwikPen

You asked for a big Humalog case. We made one.

Twelve KwikPens take up a surprising amount of fridge when they live in their original cartons. This case holds twelve Zepbound® KwikPens or Humalog® KwikPens in two neat rows of six, each in its own slot shaped around the actual pen, so nothing rolls, rattles, or wanders off to the back of the shelf.

The lid slides on and off with almost no effort, then snaps into place so everything stays put when you pull the case out. Four rubber feet on the bottom, the same ones on our MC Slim and MC Dozen for Wegovy, keep it planted in the fridge door instead of skating around every time someone grabs the ketchup.

Why people choose it

• Made for these pens: designed specifically around the Zepbound KwikPen and Humalog KwikPen for a precise, secure fit
• Twelve pens, one case: two rows of six, so a big refill lives in one place instead of a stack of boxes
• Snap-on sliding lid: glides on and off easily, then snaps shut and stays shut
• Rubber feet: four non-slip feet keep it steady on a fridge door shelf
• Discreet: a clean, solid case that says nothing about what is inside
• Durable: printed in rigid plant-based bioplastic that handles fridge humidity and daily use

Patterns

Standard is our everyday finish. Premium Knurled wraps the case in a knurled diamond texture for extra grip and a more finished look.

Colors

Classic: Random (Derek's Choice), Black, White, Gray, Blue, Purple, and Red.
Upgraded: OD Green, Marine Blue, Turquoise, Sky Blue, Dark Blue, Lavender, Plum, Maroon, Rainbow, and Caramel.

Compatibility

Compatible with the Zepbound® KwikPen and the Humalog® KwikPen. Not designed for single-dose autoinjector pens (like the standard Zepbound or Mounjaro pen), vials, or other pen styles. If your pen does not say KwikPen on it, this is not your case.

A few notes

This is a storage case only. It is not insulated and is not a travel cooler. Let the pens settle into their slots and do not force them. Hand wash with cool water; not dishwasher safe. Keep it out of hot cars and direct sunlight.
