By accessing or purchasing from Massive Customs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and clients of this site.

Products & Custom Work

Massive Customs offers both ready-to-ship products and custom industrial design, prototyping, and manufacturing services. Custom work is created based on information provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all measurements, specifications, and intended use details are accurate.

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing and materials, custom products, prototypes, and small-batch items may vary slightly from images or descriptions.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For custom work, production typically begins after payment and final design approval. Estimated timelines are provided as a guideline only and may vary based on project scope, revisions, or material availability.

Returns & Refunds

Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Ready-to-ship products may be eligible for returns in accordance with our return policy. Please contact us prior to returning any item.

Medical Disclaimer & Intended Use

Products sold by Massive Customs are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Storage products designed to hold medication, injection pens, insulin pens, or vials are intended for organizational and protective storage only. They do not alter, preserve, regulate, or affect medication performance or safety.

Customers are responsible for following all manufacturer, pharmacy, and healthcare provider guidelines regarding medication storage, handling, and use.

Intellectual Property

All designs, models, CAD files, drawings, product concepts, images, text, and other content created by Massive Customs are the exclusive intellectual property of Massive Customs unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product or commissioning custom work does not transfer ownership of design rights, files, or intellectual property. Designs may not be copied, reverse-engineered, reproduced, modified, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

Custom designs created for clients remain the property of Massive Customs unless a separate written agreement explicitly transfers ownership or grants licensing rights. Licensing or buyout arrangements must be agreed upon in writing prior to production.

Limitation of Liability

Massive Customs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products or services. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
