Every so often a case comes off the printer with a cosmetic imperfection that keeps it from meeting our standard for a full-price listing. It might be a stray fleck of color or a rough spot on the outside. It holds pens just as well, but our standards are annoyingly high. These B-stock injection pen and vial storage cases are fully functional cosmetic seconds at a discount. You get the same fit, the same function, and a slightly different exterior. They're also discreet and durable with a real fit, as opposed to flimsy cardboard.
"Pens fit perfectly. Nice upgrade to the stupid cardboard box. This one was not cosmetically up to their standards, but it's only flaws are two tiny specs of blue on the white. Very high standards! I like it!"

Pick your pen, then your case
Pens
Zepbound, Mounjaro, or Trulicity single-dose pens. Zepbound, Humalog, or Mounjaro KwikPens. Ozempic. Wegovy.
Vials
3mL, 5mL, or 10mL
Cases
Single Shot, 4, 8, or 12 Shot Slim, and 4 or 12 Shot Jar
Compatibility matters: choose the pen type you use first. Each B-stock case fits exactly like its full-price version, and cases for one pen type won't fit another. Wegovy and Ozempic cases are not interchangeable, and single-dose pens and KwikPens need different cases.
Why B-stock is a good deal
- Same fit. The inside is identical to the full-price case. The flaw is on the outside.
- Same function. Fully functional, with the same lid and the same storage.
- Lower price. You pay less for a case that only fails our cosmetic inspection.
- Still discreet. No labels or branding announcing what's inside.
- Built to last. The same rigid plant-based bioplastic as every other Massive Customs case.
- Made here. Designed, printed, and shipped from Michigan.
Who it's for
Anyone who wants a Massive Customs case for less and doesn't mind a cosmetic quirk or two. It's also great for a backup case or a second one for the travel bag. Want it flawless? Every case is available at full price, too.
Quick answers
What's wrong with it?
Cosmetic imperfections from the printing process, on the outside of the case. They're fully functional, with the same fit as the full-price version.
Can I return it?
B-stock cases are final sale, so pick carefully. We ship within the US only.
Which pen type should I choose?
The one printed on your pen's label. If you're unsure, shop all cases here to compare, or message us and we'll sort it out before you order. Since B-stock is final sale, it's worth the two minutes.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash with cool water and mild dish soap. It's not dishwasher safe, and it shouldn't be left in a hot car or direct sunlight.
Storage case only. Medication, pens, and vials not included. This is not a cooler, insulated container, temperature-control device, sharps container, or child-resistant container. Always store and handle your medication according to your healthcare provider's instructions and the manufacturer's storage guidelines. Great item to store my Mounjaro easily. Takes up less space. I also got the 4 pen one for when I am traveling
Pens fit perfectly. Nice upgrade to the stupid cardboard box. This one was not cosmetically up to their standards, but it's only flaws are two tiny specs of blue on the white. Very high standards! I like it!
perfect for my Mounjaro!
it was nice and works good
Arrived nicely packed and on time! Looks GREAT! Fits what I need/want together, as promised. Will sit nicely in the fridge week to week. Extremely happy! Glad you had this interesting color combo, blues and greens are my thing.
The B item looks perfect and does the job
I can't tell what is B-stock about this. It is perfect for Zepbound storage :) Love it!
Excellent product! Will definitely recommend to my friends!
Great quality and no flaws even though he said it did would buy from this seller again!
These are great holders, thank you!
Nice and thin for a small refrigerator
These are great holders, thank you!
I have been super happy with my case. Got a 12 shot case, and it saves so much space in my fridge. Ordered a B-stock, and lucked out and received a flawless case! Also shipped fast.
perfect fit for my supply of pens. much less bulky than a bunch of cardboard boxes in my fridge.
Great product! Very happy with purchase~
Love this product it was an awesome purchase like the last fre I received. Delivered quickly awesome customer service.
As always this was a awesome purchase. The B Stock(misprint) is just as good as the other ones. I like the two tone green one.
So Derek you didn't disappoint this is just as good as the others. I can't find the flaw in it. I really appreciate your as a user and as a business man. You really take pride in your work and being a user yourself even better
This was a excellent purchase for my zepbound pens. I cant really see any difference in the color. Thanks again for a great product
I found this sellers B-Stock while searching options to hide my medicine in my fridge. I ordered 2. My order came earlier than expected which is a plus! Let's talk B-Stock, not knowing what to expect, (except that other reviews were good) both items are in great working order, I actually had to look to find the flaws which were minimal (there were a few rough edges but nothing that effected the quality or usage of the item) I would totally be comfortable ordering from this sellers B-Stock in the future. As a bonus the item came with a brief story and a hand written 'Thank you' from the seller that put a smile on my face :)
Although this is a B stock, you would never know. I seriously can't tell what the cosmetic flaw is! This case is a fabulous alternative to the cardboard box my Zepbound usually comes in. Makes storing the pens very discreet and keeps them safe. The handwritten note of encouragement that was included absolutely made my day. I will definitely be purchasing from this seller in the future.
It may have been B stock but it was very sturdy and perfectly functional.
Seller has extremely high standards. If this is “b-stock” the regular items must be FLAWLESS. Sent super quickly with a very nice note, and even a page with instructions and a little bit about how this item came to be. Thank you!
Exactly what I needed to stay organized. Great quality
