Massive Customs is a small design studio based in Michigan creating compatibility-focused storage and training accessories. Every product is designed around real routines, real spaces, and real use — with the goal of reducing friction and bringing order to everyday life.

Not exactly. Every product begins as an original in-house design, and all custom work is produced to order. That said, Massive Customs is built with scalable in-house production capacity. While I maintain the craftsmanship and attention to detail of a small studio, I also have the infrastructure to handle medium- to large-scale production when needed.

Yes. Many products are designed for specific pen, vial, or rack standards. Some items are brand-specific, while others are compatible across multiple systems. Always check the product description to confirm compatibility.

In most cases, yes.

A large part of Massive Customs exists because customers reached out needing something that didn’t already exist. Over time, that’s included custom-fit storage solutions for specialty injection pens, vials, and unique setups.

In some cases, customers have even mailed their pens to me so I could design around the exact dimensions — and I’ve returned them along with a finished solution designed specifically for their needs.

Custom projects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and depend on complexity and availability.

Yes. Many products offer a Custom Color option. If selected, you’ll be prompted to enter your preferred color, and I’ll confirm availability before production begins.

Small surface or color variations are normal and do not affect function. These variations are cosmetic only.

Rainbow items use the same vibrant color palette shown in photos, but each piece is unique. Color order and transition thickness will vary naturally.

B-Stock items are fully functional products with minor cosmetic imperfections such as slight surface marks or color inconsistencies.

B-Stock items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Yes. International shipping times vary by destination.

If you need to make a change, contact me as soon as possible. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can help.

Yes — but it’s curated. Massive Customs does not operate as an open sign-up affiliate marketplace. I work with a small group of aligned creators in fitness, weight-loss / GLP-1, wellness, and lifestyle spaces.

Applications are reviewed manually. If there’s a strong fit, I may offer a hybrid collaboration including product, commission, custom discount codes, or long-term evergreen partnerships.
