Each one carries a 30x13x3mm bar magnet instead of a small disc, so it clinks onto your squat rack or power rack and doesn't budge. There are no holes, no J-hooks, and nothing to thread onto your upright. They stick flat to the side of the rack and point to exactly where your J-cups or safeties go. Walk up, see your spot, lift.

Will it work on my rack?

Can these replace my safeties or J-cups?

No. They're position markers, not load-bearing parts. Always confirm your J-cups and safeties are seated correctly before you lift.

Anything I should keep them away from?

The magnets are strong. Keep them away from pacemakers, implanted medical devices, credit cards, and other magnetically sensitive items.

How do I clean them?

Hand wash with cool water and mild dish soap. They're not dishwasher safe.
