This is a slim, vertical fridge storage case designed to hold exactly 8 Zepbound, Mounjaro, or Trulicity auto-injector pens in two clean rows of four. The footprint is narrow enough to tuck into a fridge door shelf or slide alongside other items without claiming half the shelf. The case stands upright, keeps your pens organized and out of sight, and opens with a secure latching lid that closes with a satisfying, deliberate click every single time.

Inside, the same exclusive 3D-scanned saddle system found across the entire Massive Customs lineup cradles each pen precisely - built from an actual scan of the real injector geometry. Paired with an internal funnel guide that helps each pen seat smoothly without contacting its neighbors, it is the kind of fit that makes generic boxes with holes feel like an embarrassing first draft by comparison.

One important note: Zepbound and Mounjaro single-dose pens must stay refrigerated. Per Eli Lilly's official prescribing information, once a pen leaves the fridge it can only be kept at room temperature for up to 21 days - and cannot be returned to the fridge afterward.
