Where the original CryoCan holds eight 10mL vials, this version is engineered around the Lilly Direct vial kit. The bottom tier seats four 3mL vials. Above them sits a threaded, wingnut-style pass-through that holds four syringes, and that same wingnut doubles as the cradle for four alcohol prep pads. The whole weekly injection kit, stacked into one can. We spared no expense.

To reach your vials: pull the syringes and wipes from their slots, unscrew the wingnut pass-through, and your tirzepatide vials are right there waiting. Reverse the order to load it back up. The entire internal base snap-fits into the bottom of the can, so your medication travels as one piece and nothing rattles loose in a bag, a purse, or the back of a fridge drawer.
