How does the cartridge go together?

Start the center threads gently so the two halves connect cleanly, and don't cross-thread it. The vial fit is snug on purpose. If something feels off, stop and check the alignment instead of forcing it.

No. It doesn't chill, insulate, or control temperature in any way. Store your vials as directed by the manufacturer and your healthcare provider.

How do I clean it?
