Shipping and Returns

Every product from Massive Customs is designed and produced to order here in Michigan. Because I manufacture everything in-house, each item is built specifically for you — not pulled from warehouse stock.

That means quality stays high and production stays intentional, but it also means orders require a short production window before shipping. Below you'll find clear information about processing times, delivery expectations, and how I handle returns if something isn't right.

Shipping

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Typical delivery times (after shipment):
  • U.S. orders: 3–5 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by location

If you have a deadline or special request, reach out before ordering — I’m always happy to help when possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, returns are limited — but I stand behind my work.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

I’ll work with you to make it right — whether that’s a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom color orders
  • B-Stock items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or improper storage
  • Cosmetic variations that do not affect function

Minor surface or color variations are normal due to the production process and do not impact performance.
