Shipping
All items from Massive Customs are designed and made to order in Michigan.
Because each product is produced specifically for your order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Typical delivery times (after shipment):
- U.S. orders: 3–5 business days
- International delivery times vary by location
If you have a deadline or special request, feel free to reach out before ordering — I’m always happy to help when possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, returns are limited — but I stand behind my work.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
If something isn’t right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos if applicable
I’ll work with you to make it right — whether that’s a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom color orders
- B-Stock items
- Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or improper storage
- Cosmetic variation that does not affect function
- Minor surface or color variations are normal due to the production process and do not impact performance.
Exchanges
If you’re unsure about fit or compatibility, please reach out before ordering. I’m happy to help confirm compatibility to avoid any issues.
